Joseph Mica as TWS-SEIA was a Leader as Systems Engineer in 1984 for the government with offices in St. Louis MO, Silver Springs MD, and Washington DC.

Joseph Mica was a NASA lead systems engineer on autonomous spacecraft 20 years in the future. He was a Program Manager on developing an international manned space flight experiment as well as system engineer on current space missions such as Hubble Telescope and artificial intelligence control systems system engineer and manager. Joseph Mica was a lead systems engineer on a NASA 50 foot 6 degree of freedom robot arm that was validated by 2 Hubble Astronauts as just like the real Shuttle arm in functional operation.
oseph Mica co-authored a IEEE CRC Industrial systems handbook on advanced AI control systems, co-authored about half dozen AI robotics control system papers, co-chaired 3 times a NASA & IEEE sponsored fuzzy logic AI systems in Houston Texas, San Francisco, and Washington DC. He presented a paper and demonstration on Fuzzy Logic AI control of a 50 foot 6 degree of freedom robotic arm having a resolution within 1 inch at NASA IEEE Washington DC conference and at the IEEE Fuzzy Logic conference in Yokohama Japan.
Joseph Mica was a NASA lead engineer for artificial intelligence controlled nano spacecraft and pico deep space spacecraft.
Joseph Mica was an AI system development engineer supporting Homeland Security in Washington DC as a tool used by intelligence analysts. He also worked as a system engineer in ALL. Joseph Mica also was an advanced systems engineer supporting Marine Corp Office of Navy Research Program manager for full intelligence cycle Intelligence collection, dissemination, and distribution working with DARPA.
Joseph Mica was a Deputy Lead Engineer of a $65 million metropolitan computer controlled train transit population system.
Joseph Mica received a BSEE degree 1978 and completed a graduate program in Artificial Intelligence 1990, both at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
